The three key Stephanos Apartments are situated in the village of Polis, some one kilometre from the beach, on the north coast of Cyprus, about 45 kilometres from Paphos Airport.

The accommodation, at the Stephanos, comprises 32 studios and apartments in two blocks, each apartment having a bathroom, kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with air conditioning (payable locally), television, a direct dial telephone and a safety deposit box. Maid service is six times weekly.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a restaurant, a cocktail bar, reception and a games room. The apartments also have a swimming pool, a pool side bar (open in summer), a children's paddling pool and a sauna. Some entertainment is provided.
