The three key Mariela Apartments are situated in gardens, some five minutes from the centre of Polis and about one kilometre from the beach on the north coast of Cyprus.

The accommodation, at the Mariela, comprises 38 studios and 38 one bedroom apartments, each having an en-suite bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning (for an extra charge), colour television, a direct dial telephone and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a restaurant, a bar, 24 hour reception, internet access, a television room and meeting rooms for up to 50 people. There are also two swimming pools, a pool bar and a children's pool. Various themed nights are provided during the week.
