The aparthotel has a number of facilities open to guests. The lounge bar is open from 10.00 to 24.00 hours and serves a selection of drinks, sandwiches, snacks and ice-creams. The entertainment programme for the week is also situated there. The air-conditioned restaurant has a 200 people seating capacity. The restaurant serves a variety of buffet breakfasts and dinners. During the winter season, the restaurant also offers an á la carte menu. Every Friday night there is a typical Mallorcan buffet. The restaurant is open from 08.00 to 10.00 hours and from 19.00 to 22.00 hours. The Ponent Mar has a 24 hour reception, an indoor heated pool, heated to about 27 degrees. This is open from January to May and during October. There are also two saunas, each seating six people, as well as a gym and beauty salon where qualified personnel provide massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, for example. The Ponent Mar has free outdoor parking for 50 vehicles and a closed-in area for bicycles. A supermarket is situated on the third floor and offers a selection of food and beach items, as well as a selection of souvenirs. Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool with a separate children's swimming pool. There are free poolside sun-loungers and umbrellas and it is possible to rent towels. The pool is open from 10.00 to 20.00 hours. The aparthotel's team of entertainers organises games and activities for both adults and children alike such as water gym, rifle shooting, darts, bowls, mini-disco, table tennis, pool, t-shirt painting, crab fishing, bingo and dance competitions. During the evening the aparthotel organises groups of Mallorcan or Flamenco dancers, fashion shows, karaoke or live music. The complex has two air-conditioned conference rooms equipped with audio-visual equipment, projectors, internet connection, television, video, fax service and photocopying service.

The Ponent Mar has 68 apartments sleeping four people and 88 studios sleeping three people. All apartments and studios are equipped with air-conditioning, central heating, telephone, satellite television, kitchenette, fridge and bathroom with hair-dryer. There is a room cleaning service every day except Sundays. The apartments comprise one bedroom, one sitting room with sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. The studios comprise one sitting/bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
