The Vista Club apartment was clean, with plenty of room. We were on the top floor with a fantastic view. The staff were very helpful. I would have given a ten but there's no television.

The pool and pool side were clean. There are a lot of steps to get to the shops but they do have a complimentary mini bus. Would stay again but take a laptop or DVD player.

Our family again went to the Vista Club in Santa Ponsa. We have been going since 1996. Very spacious apartments with great views of the bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is great for families. The fun in the bar at night is usually good for grown ups and kids alike and the beach is just a five minute walk and is located in the centre of Santa Ponsa town with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very much recommended.

We stayed self catering at the Vista Club and the room was very basic but comfortable. Had good pool and poolside facilities. It is very family orientated but still lively down the road at the bars etc. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and there were two reps in the hotel that did pool games and did entertainment at night. They were good and we got on with them very well and ended up going to bars with them after they finished work.

Good water sports down at the beach although the Mcdonalds wasn't the best. Overall had great time and recommend it to couples etc or young people because Magaluf is only a short taxi ride away.

The room was clean though basic. No telephone, no TV, no air con. We stayed ten days and the beds were made once and the bed linen never changed during our stay. The towels were changed every three days.

A lot of teenagers and early 20s stay here. Expect to be woken any time from 4 a.m. to 6.30 a.m. with shouting, banging and playing of CDs and you don't have a phone to complain.

The apartments are in six blocks. The steps are OK going down but can be a struggle coming up. Saying all this, the staff are very friendly and you can't blame the Vista Club for the behaviour of some people.

My eight year old son and I stayed at Vista Club. There wasn't too much to complain about, but the steps up and down to the town are a real put off. In the heat they are a killer, especially with children. Again to get to the swimming pools we had to do more steps. It seemed like the walking was never ending. I love a good walk at home, I walk every day, but this was beyond a joke.

The kids' club was fantastic. The girls were really brilliant. It gave me the opportunity to have some time on my own and my son the company, as he missed my husband (his dad) and his two sisters. Well done to the kids' club girls.

The rooms were clean and we had a nice view, but the noise at night from young kids on the loose was awful.

This hotel was amazing. I had a ball here. The people are great and so helpful!!! The entertainment in the hotel could be better but it is great for the younger children!!!

The main downfall for the Vista Club is the steps to get to it. They need a lift from the hotel to the town. Overall, a brilliant appartment recommended for all.!

The apartments are of reasonable size and are cleaned quite regularly. There are a lot of young childern and teenagers staying here so I would not recommend it for couples wanting a quiet relaxing holiday. Its located very close to the centre of Santa Ponsa but beware - there are 176 steps to climb to get to the apartments (which is not easy after a night on the town)! Overall the apartments are average with not too much to complain about.
