The Surfing Playa complex has 74 apartments sleeping up to four people. It offers room service, a bar, café, internet station, pool tables, video games room, multi-purpose games court, swimming pool with sun terrace, children's playing area, money exchange and luggage room.

All the apartments, which are on three or four floors, have terrace or balcony, bathroom with hair dryer, air conditioning, satellite television, kitchenette, telephone and safety deposit box. The apartment complex was renovated in 2001.
