The two star Aparthotel Cape Kanapitsa is located on the Kalamaki peninsula on Skiathos amidst eight acres of semi-tropical gardens, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Bay of Kanapitsa. The two beaches below the Cape Kanapitsa (100 metres walking distance) both offer a range of water sports as well as beach volley and scuba diving. The aparthotel is seven kilometres from Skiathos Town, port and airport.

The Cape Kanapitsa offers a combination of accommodation types; apartment-suites, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living rooms, one and two room suites, standard and deluxe rooms and double studios. The 12 standard rooms all have a sea view, shower room, balcony with sea view, fridge, telephone with the possibility of modem connection, hair dryer, satellite television and individual air conditioning/central heating. The aparthotel has nine deluxe rooms, all with sea view and wi-fi/W-LAN capability for high speed internet connectivity. There are three suites, all with sea view and marble floors. The aparthotel's studios, which sleep two or three people, are air-conditioned and consist of an open-plan living/bedroom with double or single beds, kitchenette, shower room and telephone with the possibility of modem connection. The penthouse studio has a balcony and the other three studios have a balcony or patio. Each of the nine apartment-suites of the Cape Kanapitsa has its own patio or terrace with panoramic sea view. These suite-apartments are 90 square metres and consist of two or three bedrooms with two or three shower rooms.
