The two star Bourtzi Hotel is located in the heart of Skiathos Town, close to beaches, the main pedestrian area, where the market is situated, the harbour and the old town centre with its restaurants, bars, tavernas and shops.

The Bourtzi's guest rooms include single standard rooms, double superior, triple superior and quadruple superior rooms (with sound proofing). All of the rooms have a bathroom, individually controlled air-conditioning, central heating, mini-bar, telephone, safety deposit box, and desk. Superior rooms have a hair dryer, colour television and internet access. All rooms have a balcony or terrace, most of which overlook the swimming pool. Three standard rooms and three superior rooms are reserved for non-smoking guests.
