The five star Aegean Suites Hotel is a boutique hotel, exclusively for adults. It is located on Skiathos island, only two kilometres from Skiathos Town and just 20 metres from the sandy beach Megali Ammos.

The all-suite hotel consists of four self contained buildings situated at many different levels. The first building houses the reception, beauty centre, gym, restaurants and bar. The second building houses six suites, there are eight in the third building and six in the fourth. All suites are air conditioned and feature original art work from up and coming Greek artists, displayed as part of a permanent collection. Standard suites offers a garden view, one bedroom, sitting room, veranda, mini bar, satellite television, air conditioning, safety deposit box, telephone, CD player and luxury bathroom amenities. Deluxe suites (56 to 60 square metres) have a sea view, one bedroom, bathroom, sitting room (some with a fireplace), kitchen and veranda. 'Heaven' suites have a sea view. The 'Grand Heaven Suite' (80 square metres) offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, teak wood veranda, jacuzzi bath and a living room with fireplace. The 'Charm Heaven Suite' is an open plan suites and offers a veranda, jacuzzi bath and is especially designed for couples.

Facilities at the Aegean Suites include a swimming pool, open air jacuzzi, pool-bar, the 'Karavia' light lunch pool restaurant (20 seats), the 'Pelagos' gourmet terrace restaurant that serves dinner (20 seats), the 'Pavillon' breakfast terrace with views of Aegean Sea, the 'Bourbon & Champaign' bar (main bar in the reception hall) and gift corner.
