Warning! The Club Santa Ponsa Apartments do not have safety deposit boxes. On the sixth night our apartment was burgled. This is despite the fact that the door was double locked and the room left secure. Several other apartments suffered the same fate. Several hundred pounds worth of items were stolen but our insurance will not compensate us as there was no forced entry. Beware! This seems to be a regular occurrence. Our holiday was ruined.

We stayed on an all inclusive over Christmas. To sum up....we loved it. The apartments are spotless, well kept, maid service excellent, all staff courteous, friendly, approachable and willing to put themselves out to assist in any way they can. Nothing too much trouble. Meals were lovely, lots of choice, food gorgeous (all credit to the chef) all buffet style with salad option at each sitting. Gala dinner on Christmas Eve night was a gorgeous five course dinner, very upmarket.

A totally stress free holiday and the best Christmas I have ever had. Lovely location, panoramic views across the bay. All in all we were very sad to leave as we made friends with all the staff even in such a short time (one week) but we will definitely go back there, and would recommend it to anyone, couples and families alike.

Ps: The weather was kind too. Warm enough for t-shirts and shorts round the pool. No one can ask for more than that on Christmas Day !!
