The four key Sunshine Villas are five individual villas located on the hillside in Puerto Rico, just 200 metres from the marina and 900 metres from the main beach of Puerto Rico.

Each of the three bedroom villas in the Sunshine complex comprises air-conditioning, split level living room with television, DVD, internet access, separate dining area, kitchenette with oven/hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge freezer. There is a relaxation area that can be used as an extra bedroom with sofa bed. There are two bathrooms and a terrace between two of the bedrooms. The villas sleep up to six adults and one child.

Facilities at the villas include a swimming pool, sun terrace, garden and underground car parking.
