The two key Paraiso de Alcudia Apartments are situated only five metres from Alcudia beach and Alcudia's old town is just one kilometre away. The resort centre is only 100 metres away with its shops, bars and restaurants. The Paraiso de Alcudia complex overlooks Alcudia bay and is set back from the road, surrounded by trees.

The Paraiso de Alcudia complex has 217 apartments and studios on five floors. The one-bedroom apartments have a twin bedroom, kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge and lounge area with convertible sofa beds. The apartments can sleep up to four people. Other amenities include a telephone, ceiling fan, safety deposit box (at an extra cost), satellite television and balcony or terrace.

The apartment complex offers its guests various facilities such as disabled access, a swimming pool with shallow splash section for children, furnished sun terrace, poolside lounge and beach bars, buffet restaurant, volleyball, table tennis and pool table, entertainment programme, luggage room, money exchange, children's playground and mini club activities (for children aged four and above). There is a maid service six times a week, towels are changed daily and linen twice a week.
