These apartments are clean and the views from the upper apartments are fantastic. Yes, there are steps to these but if you are mobile, then there is no problem. Spar just below complex for great fresh food. Apartments cleaned five times a week. Near enough main strip without having any noise. No air conditioing but lovely breeze blows through apartments. Pools were cold at this time of year.

If you hire a car ask for directions back to apartments as streets all one way and you can spend hours driving around trying to get back! Go to Fire mountain and Femara cliffs - great waves and surfers to watch. Cocktails from restaurant on top of casino are ace. Many of the restaurants on main strip are owned by same franchise (Lanins) but food is OK - expect to pay £20 per head for good meal and bottle of wine.

Fresh fish in Spar and catering facilities in accommodation mean you can cook cheaply. Would definately go again to Atalaya. Drive from airport approximately ten minutes.
