The two key Los Vereros Apartments are located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Rico and is close to the yachting marina and the beach.

Facilities at the Los Vereros complex include a reception open eight hours a day and a bar-restaurant open six days a week, usually from 09.00 to 23.00 hours. Once a week a barbecue is arranged for guests with live music to dance to. There is a mini market right next to reception and two swimming pools, one of which is heated in the winter season, each with a separate children's section. The complex also features a playground for children, coin operated launderette with washing machines and dryers available for guests and an iron on request.

The Los Veleros complex has two types of apartments on offer: one bedroom apartments with capacity for four people (two in the lounge) and two bedroom apartments with capacity for six people (two in the lounge). All apartments have a kitchenette with microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee percolator, lounge, bathroom and balcony or terrace. All apartments are cleaned five days a week and sheets and towels are changed twice a week.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering.
