The two key San Juan Apartments are located in the centre of Cudillero, opposite the church of San Pedro and the town hall.

The San Juan complex consists of 12 apartments over two floors. There are four duplex apartments. All apartments are exterior. There is a daily clearing service and sheets are changed every three days. They have central heating, kitchenette with microwave, bathroom, television and telephone. Hair dryers and irons are available at reception.

Facilities at the apartments include central heating, public telephone and internet access.
