Situated in the heart of the residential area Maryvilla in Calpe, three kilometres from the centre of town and beaches, the Sunsea Village consists of apartments distributed into one floor bungalows, decorated in Spanish style making it a very pleasant and enchanting place.

The bungalows consist of a lounge with sofa-bed for one person, American kitchen, bathroom, two, three or four bedrooms each with two beds and a terrace or balcony overlooking the gardens.

Facilities at the Sunsea Village complex include a bar/snack bar, television room, coin operated laundry room, swimming pool, children's pool, children's play area, gymnasium, two tennis courts and car parking.
