The two key La Caseta Apartments are located just 800 metres from the Levante Beach in Benidorm, within a short distance of L'Aigüera Park and just 200 metres to the resort centre where a selection of bars and restaurants are to be found. Alicante airport is 65 kilometres.
The La Caseta complex offers a total of 36 apartments. All apartments feature a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), television, kitchen and a terrace or balcony.
Facilities at the apartments include two lifts, reception desk, car parking, swimming pool with children's area, sun terrace and sun loungers.
Board basis available at these apartments is self catering.

Have just booked the La Caseta apartments for the third time. Found them to be clean, plenty of hot water and clean beds. For the price and no under occupancy charge, they are fine.
Only downside is the slight incline if you aren't too mobile. Big supermarket a few yards away if you are self catering but lots of eating places around.

I am 14 years old. I visited La Caseta and it was horrible! We arrived at 9 p.m. and we had to be taken in a small bus to the hotel because the coach couldn't get up the road. We were the only people on the bus. When we arrived our driver, who spoke no English, grunted and pointed at the dingy looking La Caseta.
We were given our keys in an envelope and we made our way to our fifth floor room. The room was dirty and had no clean glasses - they were filthy and the TV, you had to pay 50 cents for an hour each time you wanted the TV on.
We had people above us who partied until five in the morning. The next morning we woke up to sick on our balcony and toilet paper around the pool. This wasn't on. We phoned the police but they didn't come and when the people came out of the room there were about 20 of them in the small room. We told the cleaner about the incident as the manager was never there and she just said we have to put up with it and never cleaned up the sick - disgusting!
When the manger was around he shouted at us for having fun in the pool - I'm a kid and it's good to splash around. The pool was tiny anyway! Also there were people kissing in the pool he didn't shout at them!
The only good thing about this holiday was the golden sand beach and 'Jimmy's'. This was a Scottish pub and served great food! It's a must!
I hope this review is helpful. Don't go if you are an elderly couple or if you are a family with kids. I recommend it for 18-24 year olds.
