Villa Los Abanicos
The three star Los Abanicos Villas were opened in 2005 and are situated some five minutes from the beach and the centre of Corralejo in Fuerteventura.
The accommodation, at the Los Abanicos complex, comprises 35 semi detached villas, each having two bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a bathroom, a roof top sun area, a kitchenette and a walled courtyard with a jacuzzi, and being equipped with television, CD and DVD player.
The facilities, at the villas, include two communal swimming pools, a buffet/bar, reception and laundry.

We stayed for one week and I can honestly say it was the best holiday I have ever had. The villa completely exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous, quiet, tidy and close to shops, night life, restaurants and the beach. We had a great time.
The pool is beautiful and clean and the place is well maintained. The villa itself was like home from home with books and CDs. Some basic food and water was left for us. I would recommend hiring a car as although shops etc. are close, they are quite expensive and some of the cheaper ones are a drive away - as are excursions etc. They are walkable but we are lazy!
Weather in August was just right and although Fuerteventura is known for its breeze, we were grateful for it! Would definitely visit again and top marks from all four of us!
