The apartments were built in 1982 and were refurbished in 2001. The apartments can accommodate 181 people in 41 studios and 37 apartments. 35 of these have one bedroom and two have two bedrooms. Cots also available. All rooms have a kitchenette, central heating, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, balcony or terrace and bathroom.

The facilities at the Torrenova Playa complex include a lift, garden, outdoor parking, swimming pool, sun terrace, lounge with air conditioning and piped music, television room, mini-market, laundry service, public telephone and a bar-café with disabled access serving drinks and snacks.
