The four key Sunrise Maxorata Apartments, are part of the Sunrise Jandia Resort situated near to the Jandia Beach, on the southern coast of Fuerteventura, some 85 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Sunrise Maxorata complex, comprises 240 apartments, each having a bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a reception with currency exchange, a buffet restaurant, bars, a mini market, three swimming pools, laundry service and lifts. The Apartments are in a number of buildings on a terraced slope. There are many shops and restaurants nearby in the village of Morro Jable, with its ferry port.
