All inclusive and we did enjoy all of the meals - something different every day. Staff always very helpful, especially Barbara on reception.

Only down side was stag and hen parties coming in on the weekend. Otherwise, the Palmanova Palace is a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay there.

My friend and I stayed at the Palmanova Palace hotel. It was clean but basic, not four star. The fridge came on when you used the card for the light unless you asked for another. The patio doors didn't lock. My friend had 300 euros stolen out of our room and the staff at the desk were not helpful and one in particular was not interested. The manager was not helpful either. As long as everything runs alright, you will be fine but if you have any trouble, you've had it.

For anyone looking for a relaxing break with friendly staff, great food and lots to do, then come to the Palma Nova Palace. I travelled with mum and her husband for a week in mid September and had the best time. The staff were fantastic and so friendly, they made you feel right at home, the food and drink was brilliant, plenty of choice for everyone and the resort itself was a quiet and picturesque place to be with a few minutes walk to Magaluf if you would rather have that scene.

I wouldn't have one bad thing to say about this hotel, other than I did not want to go home and will be saving money for my next trip out there!
