The two key Los Cocoteros Apartments are situated some 150 metres from the beach and near to the centre of Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote.

The accommodation, at the Los Cocoteros complex, comprises 44 studios and apartments on three floors, each having a bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge, and a terrace or balcony, and being equipped with satellite television, a telephone, and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a bar and reception. The apartments are cleaned five times each week, the towels are changed three times and the bed linen twice per week.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering.
