The accommodation, at the Paradero complex, comprises 105 one or two bedroom apartments, in two storey bungalows, each apartment having a bathroom, a kitchenette and a terrace or balcony, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a buffet restaurant, a pool bar, a surf bar serving snacks and having satellite television with sports channels, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. A programme of entertainment is provided, and guests can play table tennis or pool.
