The four star Parquesur Hotel, which opened in 1996, is located nine kilometres from the centre of Madrid, on the road to Toledo (N 401), near to the El Carrascal station of the Metro Sur and close to the M-40, the M-45 and the M-50 ring roads, inside the shopping centre 'Parquessur'.

The Parquesur has 83 bedrooms on two floors overlooking a lake surrounded by walks and terrace bars. All rooms have air-conditioning, soundproofing, telephone, mini-bar, safety deposit box, DVD player with films, internet wireless connection (anywhere in the hotel) and a marble bathroom. The hotel also has suites for two people including a jacuzzi.

The hotel offers a restaurant which specialises in a variety of paella dishes and char-grilled meats. It also has a wine cellar offering a range of select wines and where it is possible to enjoy a private meal for up to eight guests. The Parquesur has a selection of meeting and conference rooms with a maximum capacity if 200 people and equipped with audio visuals equipment.
