The Villa Real has four floors: on the lower level guests will find the main bar (open from mid-afternoon); on the ground floor, the main terrace, reception desk, the dining room, the lounges and some rooms; the rest of the rooms are on the first and second floor. At the back of the hotel, there is a swimming pool which is divided into two, one section for adults and another one for children, with sun beds and parasols on a sun terrace. Alongside the pool is another bar, which is open till mid-afternoon, where guests can purchase drinks and snacks. In the lounges, guests can read books from the library, play cards and watch satellite television. In the main bar, guests can also watch satellite television, listen to music and have a drink either inside or outside on the main terrace. The dining room is just near reception, and there guests can have breakfast which is a buffet and an evening meal with waiter service and a menu of four courses.

The hotel's guest rooms, some with sea view and others with a view of the mountains, are big enough for three persons and they are all complete with bathroom, telephone and a terrace or balcony.
