The one key California I & II Apartments are located some 100 metres from the beach of Cala'n Blanes. The resort centre, with its shops, bars and restaurants is to be found in the immediate vicinity. Ciutadella de Menorca is five kilometres away and Menorca airport is 50 kilometres from the complex.

The apartments offer a bathroom with a bath, shower and hair dryer, a radio, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), combined living/bedroom, two separate bedrooms, kitchenette with a fridge, television and balcony or terrace.

Facilities at the California I & II complex include a swimming pool with a paddling area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
