The four star Granados 83 Hotel is located right in the heart of the city of Barcelona, a few metres away from Rambla de Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia and Avenida Diagonal. The Granados 83 is situated in an old 19th century hospital that has been converted into a hotel. However, the spirit of the architecture of that time, marked by the style of the emergent industry and workshops and built in an active, eager and full of hope frame of mind, has been totally preserved. Its structure of oxidised iron is reminiscent of New York's old lofts and it stands in contrast with the stone and glass façade and its minimalist, Zen styled interiors.

The hotel has 77 rooms, including several duplex, triplex and suites, some of which have their own private terraces and pools.
