The Club Calahonda Crown Resort has 82 apartments of which 76 are two bedroom, four are one bedroom and two are three bedroom units. All units have kitchens with cooker, stainless steel sink, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and coffee-maker. All apartments are provided with crockery, cutlery and glasses for the size of unit and also have a range of kitchen utensils. In the living room/lounge area, there is a double sofa bed. All units are equipped as standard with a television with satellite reception, telephone, bathroom with hair dryer (many units have an additional shower room with washbasin and toilet and some have two full bathrooms) safety deposit box (at an extra charge) and furnished balcony overlooking the gardens, pools and surrounding countryside.

Facilities at the apartments complex include a heated pool, gardens and reception centre which provides left luggage, shower/changing room and lounge facilities. Other on-site features include a bar/restaurant, paddle and tennis courts, games room, fitness area, sauna, children's playroom, two swimming pools and a children's playground. The Crown Resorts' minibus service provides regular connections to the other Crown Resorts locations, the Delta Mar reception and leisure centre, the local shopping facilities and the beach, except on changeover days.
