The two key Rio Marinas Apartments complex is located very close to the beach, 900 metres from the centre of Nerja and five kilometres from Nerja's caves.

It is an Arabic-Andalucian complex surrounding two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children) and gardens. Other facilities at the Rio Marinas complex include a supermarket.

All apartments in the Rio Marinas complex have a dining room with sofa-bed, kitchenette with equipment, refrigerator, electric cooker and terrace. They also have a telephone and television.
