The three key Sunsuites Carolina Apartments complex is located on the sea front, in San Agustín and is only 25 metres from the beach and the promenade that takes visitors from San Agustín to Playa del Inglés. Almost all of the apartments have a view of the sea.

The apartment complex has a garden with a variety of plants and flowers, a swimming pool that is heated throughout the year and sun beds on the sun terrace.

The Sunsuites Carolina complex has 33 apartments, half of them with balcony and the other half with terraces. Most balconies enjoy the view over the famous dunes of Maspalomas. There are two apartments with two bedrooms. The rest are one bedroom apartments with sitting room, bathroom and kitchen.
