The one key Sunsuites Lufesa Apartments complex is located in the centre of Puerto Rico. Guests don't have to go up any stairs to get to the reception or apartment. The Sunsuites Lufesa complex is only 25 metres away from the Puerto Rico shopping centre and 750 metres from the beach.

The 42 apartment Sunsuites Lufesa complex was totally renovated and refurbished during summer 2001. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Across from the reception there is a swimming pool, children's pool area, sun beds, sunshades and a pool bar.

Each apartment has a lounge, television, ceiling fan in the sitting room and bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and bathrobes. Guests can choose between a studio apartment with living room/bedroom and kitchen and apartments with one or two bedrooms. Guests can also choose between apartments with a regular or large balcony, the large ones also having sun beds, as well as table and chairs.
