The Mastines Chihuahuas complex has 512 rooms divided between two buildings. The Mastines has 272 rooms, distributed over its 12 floors. Nine of them are junior suites with television and fridge. The Chihuahuas offers a further 240 rooms, distributed over nine floors. Each building has three lifts. All of the rooms in this complex are equipped with a bathroom, terrace, a ceiling fan and safety deposit box. The position of the two Sol buildings guarantees a sea view from almost all of the rooms. It is possible to rent a fridge for the room.

Within the hotel complex there are restaurants with buffet and 'show cooking' in both hotels. A variety of snacks is available in the snack bar, situated in the garden and open between 12.30 and 15.00 hours. The 'Ascot Bar' serves national and international drinks and offers a daily entertainment programme every night until midnight. The pool bar 'Babalu' is next to the main swimming pool and is open from 10.00 until 18.00 hours. The complex also has a piano bar with indoor garden. The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools for adults and two children's pools. There is also a heated indoor pool. All pools are fresh water pools. There are gardens with free sun beds and parasols and a children's playground with games outdoors. As far as children are concerned, 'Club 4' caters for children between the ages of one and four years old. 'Club 8' caters for children in the age group four to eight. 'Club 13' caters for all between eight and 13 and 'Club 17' is for the teenagers. The hotel's entertainment team offers a day and evening entertainment programme with sports and games in the daytime and shows in the evenings. All public areas are air-conditioned.
