The 17 apartments in the Melrose Place Lloret complex are distributed over three floors and are fitted for four guests. They have a bathroom, combined lounge/ bedroom with satellite television (at an extra charge), separate bedroom with a double bed, American kitchen with a fridge, central heating, safety deposit box (at an extra charge) and a balcony or a terrace with a view of the sea.

The facilities at the apartments include a reception, a lift, a snack bar, a garden and a terrace. There is an internet corner, children's playgrounds and a garage.
