The five star Dream Hotel Gran Castillo is situated by the sea, near to Playa Papagayo and some two kilometres from the centre of Playa Blanca, on the south coast of Lanzarote.

The accommodation, at the Gran Castillo, which opened in February 2006, comprises 234 superior double rooms, 11 junior suites, 12 suites, an imperial suite and a royal suite. All rooms have a luxury bathroom with hair dryer, a sofa bed and a furnished balcony or terrace, and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a direct dial telephone, a mini bar and a safety deposit box. Some rooms have been adapted for use by disabled guests.

The facilities, at the hotel, include three restaurants, a lobby bar and two other bars, 24 hour reception, room service, laundry service, internet lounge, parking and a fully equipped conference centre.
