The four key Regency Heights Apartments are situated on a hillside, overlooking the Torviscas area and the sea at Costa Adeje, on the west coast of Tenerife, and are a few minutes walk from the centre of Playa de Las Americas.

The accommodation, at the Regency Heights complex, comprises 100 one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom de luxe apartments, all with designer furnishings. Each apartment has a bathroom with hair dryer, a lounge with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a balcony with sea views, and being equipped with ceiling fans, satellite television, telephone and a safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a restaurant, 24 hour reception, a laundry service, and swimming pool with a pool bar. Guests can use the facilities of the nearby Regency Club where a programme of entertainment is provided including a mini club for the younger children. There are two supermarkets within 50 metres of the apartments, together with several bars and restaurants. The Octopus Water Park is only about 10 minutes walk from the apartments.
