The three key Apartments Bahia Parque are situated some one kilometre from the centre of Los Realjos, and about four kilometres from the centre of Puerto de La Cruz.

The accommodation, at the Bahia Parque complex, comprises 131 apartments in four three storey buildings, each apartment having a complete bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace, and being equipped with satellite television, a direct dial telephone and a rental safety deposit box.
