The five star Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel was built in 2005 and is situated overlooking the ocean at Playa Paraiso, on the south western coast of Tenerife, some 25 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Airport.

The accommodation, at the Roc Nivaria Gran, comprises 205 double rooms, and 87 suites, each having a complete bathroom with hair dryer and bath robes and a balcony or terrace with sea views. Each room and suite is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial telephone, a mini bar and a safety deposit box. Rooms are available for disabled guests and for non-smokers.

The facilities at the hotel include five restaurants, two heated swimming pools with panoramic views of the sea, gardens, a programme of entertainment, including a mini club for younger children, and guests can take part in many sports and activities including floodlit tennis, volley ball, archery and putting, as well as using the gym and multi sports area.
