The Mardavall Spa Hotel is located next to the Puerto Portals yacht harbour in Palma de Mallorca.

The hotel has 133 rooms, each with a private terrace with views over the sea. Each 65 square metre room also features a marble bathroom, office equipment and hand-made furniture, as well as goose down and hyper-allergenic foam pillows, feather beds with down-filled duvets, mini bar, room safety deposit box large enough for a laptop, individually adjustable air conditioning system, three fixed lines with ISDN connection, internet access, fax and equipment for fax and ISDN connections and answering machine and room control system. There are 80 junior suites, four executive suites and three two room royal suites, as well as the presidential suite with its own whirlpool and steam bath. The hotel also offers a butler service.

Dining facilities in the Mardavall Spa include the 'Es Fum' restaurant which has a terrace and offers creations from Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. The wine menu was compiled by international sommeliers. From 19.00 to 10.30 hours, the 'Es Fum' also offers a private dining salon for up to 18 persons. The 's'Aigua' restaurant offers French specialities from 07.00 to 23.00 hours. The brasserie also has walk-in wine cellars. The 'Sa Badia' bar is located down by the sea, right next to the pool. This bar serves snacks and cocktails until the sun goes down. The 'Es Vent' pool side lounge offers live entertainment, cocktails and Spanish tapas. The pool and bridge room is also at guests' disposal, as is the 'Churchill's' bar.

An area of 320 square metres is available for conferences and can be partitioned for up to 280 participants. All conference rooms have a sea view and terraces for outdoor meetings. The foyer is also suitable for receptions and exhibitions. Guests can also use the spa facilities which offer a range of natural medicines and holistic therapies. There is an outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor heated pool, as well as a children's club (for three to twelve years old) from Monday to Sunday.

The Mardavell Spa has two golf courses. Son Muntaner Golf was designed by the international golf course designer Kurt Rossknecht, who is also in charge of redesigning the Son Vida Golf course.
