The three star Markus Park Hotel located in Ca'n Picafort, in the Bay of Alcudia in the north of the island of Mallorca.

Renovated in 2001, the hotel has two lifts to facilitate the access to its eight floors. All public areas are air conditioned and the hotel has a restaurant offering a breakfast and dinner buffet as well as a bodega with a Spanish and Mallorcan wine selection, lounge bar, two television lounges, spa zone with gym, heated indoor pool with whirlpool and sauna and terrace with swimming pool for adults and splash pool for children.

The Markus Park has single and double rooms, five of them are adapted for disabled guests. All rooms have views either overlooking the Bay of Alcudia or the pool area. Air conditioning and central heating are adjustable in all rooms. Balcony windows have double glazing and the main room doors are opened by chip card. Room facilities include satellite television, telephone and safety deposit box.
