The complex has 91 apartments which all sleep between two and six persons. Each bedroom has two beds and a sofa bed in the sitting room. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, 24-hour pay per view television and balconies overlooking the gardens. Safety deposit boxes are available to rent.

Each building in the Barbados I & II complex have a swimming pool, children's pool, sun terraces and gardens. Within the complex, there is a variety of restaurants representing different kinds of food, ranging from traditional Spanish cuisine to international dishes. There is a snack bar next to the swimming pool offering a range of snacks and drinks, as well as a supermarket.
