The three star Hotel Calatayud was built in 1963 and completely reformed in 2003. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, one kilometre from the centre of the town of Calatayud, about 80 kilometres south east of Zaragoza.

The accommodation, at the Calatayud, comprises 78 rooms, each having a complete bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite television and a telephone.

The facilities, at the hotel, include a bar/café, and various conference and banqueting rooms.
