The five star Hotel Gran del Panticosa Resort is situated in the Panticosa resort which has, over the last few years, seen the modernisation of the original Panticosa spa which dates back to Roman times. The Gran first opened in 1896 and was completely refurbished in 2004, but retaining its original façade. The resort lies in the Tena Valley some eight kilometres from the town of Panticosa.

The accommodation, at the Gran del Panticos Resort, comprises 42 rooms, split between standard and superior rooms, junior suites and suites, each room having a full bathroom with hair dryer and bath robes, and being equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite television, a telephone, ADSL internet access, a mini bar and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the hotel, include an English style bar/snack bar/café, two libraries, 24 hour room service, laundry service, luggage room, television and pool room, ski store and three multi function conference rooms. The hotel also has its own thermal spa with various types of baths and treatments. The resort has three restaurants, a number of shops and other amenities.
