We were a family of five including two children under eight years staying in a two bedroom apartment which was very large and clean. The complex was safe for the children, pool was clean and play area safe and all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Bar and menu prices were reasonable and food was tasty.

Even though we were only ten minutes from the airport, noise was not a problem. I think this accommodation should be upgraded to a three star. We will definitely be paying a return visit.

The San Marcial Apartments were brilliant. The swimming pool was lovely and kept clean. The bar staff were great and so was the food. The weather was great for the whole week that we were there.

These apartments have a lot of steps, but they were fitting ramps in through out the apartments. The rep was easy to contact and was very helpful.

The resort wasn't that far from Puerto del Carmen. Taxi fare only three to four euros. The apartments are not that far from the beach. It was that good that we are thinking of booking another week away at San Marcial Apartments. One not to be missed.

I go to Lanzarote every year and every year I love it more. Ii go with my entire family and we are set to go again in August and can't wait.

The apartments are great but could do with a bit of an update. The staff can be very helpful and the bar that Miguel and Cici run is the best. Its great entertainment and fantastic food. The holiday would not be the same with out them.

This was a good resort. The sun was out all week and the pool was lovely and cool to balance out the hot sun. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food was beautiful. We hired bikes through them easily and cheaply. Many lovely days out were well advertised at the resort and booked easily through our rep. All in all a brilliant holiday.

It rained heavily during our stay and we had water coming into the bedroom through the window frames and through the ceiling. The management did nothing to help - our clothes got wet and we were asked to pay for the loan of a heater to dry them out. The pool was so cold as to be unuseable.

Matagorda is very close to the airport and suffers from constant plane noise.

Stayed a few times at the San Marcial Apartments. My partner and I loved everything about this complex. What makes this place the best is the bar, bar food and bar staff. Miguel and Cici are two of the nicest people you could meet.

Loved it there. It was really good. Bar staff very nice,
good with the children. They loved it. The only thing was the swimming pool was very, very cold. They could do with that being heated. It was a lovely holiday and a nice place.
