The three star Tio Kiko Hotel is situated on the slope of a mountain and guests may look out to the sea from all of its rooms and communal zones. It is only 50 metres from the beach and is surrounded by countryside unique to Andalusia.

The Tio Kiko has 25 double rooms, all with terrace and large windows with sea-view. Each room is equipped with bathroom with jacuzzi, television, telephone and air conditioning. The hotel also has two suites, both with terraces with sea views, sun beds, four-poster beds, bathroom with jacuzzi, lounge area television and air conditioning.

The hotel offers a varied breakfast buffet and at night the restaurant offers a dinner menu which is by reservation only. Guests at the Tio Kiko also have the use of lounges and a terrace decorated with wicker furniture, situated next to the cafe and restaurant. There is also a swimming-pool, sauna, gym, gardens and car-park.
