The four star MR Les Rotes Hotel was built in the form of a manor house hotel in 1951 and was taken over and up graded by the MR group in 2003. The hotel is situated in the Montgo mountain nature reserve, some 150 metres from the Punta Negra bay and one kilometre from the centre of Denia, on the Costa Blanca, about 100 kilometres from Alicante Airport.

The accommodation, at the MR Les Rotes, comprises 21 rooms each having a bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial telephone, internet access, a mini bar and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the hotel, include a restaurant, a bar, 24 hour reception with laundry service, internet access and a meeting room. There is a swimming pool and sun terrace set in the gardens.
