A place to avoid. One electric point for kettle, cooker and hood. One for fridge or radiator. Room was not secure as entry was made from next balcony. Door should be locked.

Cardor reception not manned much of time and Canifor reception service atrocious. It took over an hour and two calls each time before they responded when radiator blew up and then later at 4 a.m. when rain came through ceiling onto the bed and this was not top floor.

We were moved into the next apartment but this was, as were many of the others, a studio and not one bedroomed as advertised. This was far from spacious and the only place to watch television was from the beds. Shared electric point for cooker, oven and hood in this room too and only one point for radiator or television. The bathroom was very small and the bath and shower inaccessible due to our age and agility.

When it rained you needed an umbrella and wellies in the lift as rain p-oured through light fittings resulting in puddles on floor. The general use toilets could not be locked. Never, never again.

Have stayed at the Canifor on previous holidays and was transferred to the Cardor this year and found the accommodation a very high standard and all the staff that I met were very helpful.
