The two key San Francisco Park Apartments are child free holiday accommodation, situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, close to shops, restaurants and night life. No persons under the age of 16 years or infants are permitted. Across the promenade of La Avenida are the beaches of Playa Punta Penita and Playa Candil, both with beach side café/restaurants and the Playa Grande is 500 metres away

Facilities at the apartments include a sun terrace and swimming pool.

The San Francisco Park complex offers holiday studios (sleeping two persons), one bedroom apartments (for tow to three adults) with twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and two bedroom apartments (for five to six people) with twin beds in the bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, all with a kitchen with fridge, kettle and hob, bathroom and balcony or terrace.
