The two key Hamilton Court Apartments are situated near the Santo Tomas beach, some 250 metres from the centre of the resort, about 25 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Hamilton Court complex, comprises 85 one, two or three bedroom apartments on seven floors, each apartment having a fully equipped bathroom (the three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms), a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa beds and a balcony. Satellite television, a mini bar and a safety deposit box are available to rent from reception.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a restaurant, a snack bar, a mini market, two lifts and reception with laundry service and currency exchange. There is a swimming pool and a separate children's pool with a sand play area. A sports complex is near the apartments and there are shops, bars and restaurants in Santo Tomas.
