The two key Princesa Ico Apartments are situated some 200 metres from the beach in the Timanfaya area of Puerto del Carmen on the southern coast of Lanzarote, about eight kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Princesa Ico complex, comprises 16 chalet type one bedroom apartments, each having an en suite bathroom, lounge/diner with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. The apartments are equipped with a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a swimming pool, and guests can use all the facilities of the nearby Club Oceano complex. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the main resort area.
