Review title: "Rosaire - What A Joke"
Travel date: June 2008
Just got back from a week in Benidorm staying at the Rosaire hotel. What a joke! The hotel has the worst looks than any other hotel in Benidorm, the staff are not helpful at all, the food is disgusting, the rooms are basic and the swimming pool is in the shade. Considering the amount of money we paid to stay here, it was ridiculous. Never ever stay there!

Review title: "Rosaire Was Dire"
Travel date: May 2008
The room was clean but smelt damp and it rained all the time we were there so didn't sample the pool. Dining room was terrible and the food was worse so we dined out every night.

The Rosaire was in a great location but that's all it had going for it.

The Rosaire is the most horrible hotel we have ever been to. Staff ignored you and were not helpful at all. I don't think I will eat jelly ever again. We had it every day for sweet. The food was terrible - same thing every night - fried potatoes or chips. Whoever heard of beef, Yorkshire pudding and chips?

Review title: "Hotel Nightmare"
Travel date: September 2007
Just back from this hotel on 17th September 2007 having said we will never return to this hotel again. A party of eight all came back with flea bites from the rooms, wash basin hanging of the wall, food terrible and drinks disgusting.

Two accidents in hotel and no first aid or accident book. Staff miserable and unhelpful. Two lifts that weren't big enough and kept braking down. Taps hanging off the bath in one of the rooms we had.

Supposedly the Rosaire is a three star hotel - wouldn't rate it a one standard. We won't be going back to it.

Review title: "Rosaire Hotel Nightmare"
Travel date: September 2007
Just back from this hotel after a week. We were in room 1005 just in case you get offered it! There was a large brown water stain on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet pan was filthy, there were stains all up the room wall, the glass on the balcony door was broken and the phone did not work.

Then when you want some food, it is terrible. Very few selections and if you have kids, forget it. There was only one bar for drinks and you had to wait ages for one. We were there for four days before they told us you can get 40% discount on branded spirits and beers but once again, only one bar did this and your snacks during the day were toasties served from, you got it, the only one bar. The Rosiare is one hotel we will never return to.

Review title: "What A Nightmare"
Travel date: July 2007
Where do I start? Well, some staff very, very rude and some were OK. Only two of them I think were OK.

Food terrible - same thing. My father found a long piece of black hair in it twice so he never ate after the second day in there.

Drink was foul and we didn't have clean sheets all through our stay. Pool was stinking dirty.

The light in the bathroom did not work. Reported it in first hour we were there and a few times after and it never got done. The TV was broken, same again, never came to see it.

Cleaner walks in when you are in bed and have a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. I mean, come on, they could have had a eye full!

It was just terrible, that's all I can say. I haven't got enough time in the day to write down what was wrong with it. Thanks Rosaire hotel/staff - you ruined my holiday and my family's (I wouldn't give it a one but you can't go any lower!)

The Rosaire Hotel needs to be refurbished. Having said that, the food good and varied in a clean and spacious restaurant, well organized by the head waiter and his staff. Bar staff pleasant and hard working, rooms clean and tidy.

Review title: "Fawlty Towers Is A Five Star Hotel Compared To The Rosaire"
Travel date: July 2007
When we arrived, there was only one person on reception to check in a bus load of people. When we went to our room, it smelt of rotten feet. The floor was sticky. We asked to be moved and with a lot of moaning from the staff we were moved. We went to open the room door, but it was already lying open. The bed sheets were not changed once when we were there.

The all inclusive was a waste of time - it finished at 11 p.m. The entertainment was awful. I would never go back to that hotel, it ruined my holiday.

Review title: "A Total, Total Hell Hole"
Travel date: June 2007
I advise anyone with sense not to go here. We all got covered in bites from the bedroom. We went to doctor over there who confirmed it was flea bites! The room was covered in them. The maid took six days to put clean sheets on the bed, we even took the dirty sheets off the bed and put them in a heap on the floor - the maid put the same ones back on again!

The food was disgusting and the same every night. The drink was watered down, could drink a cup of vodka straight and not taste a thing! The entertainment was the same man, same songs every night. The pool was horrible and dirty. We never saw our holiday rep the full fortnight - she was always on airport duties!

I experienced a holiday from hell. This place ruined my family's summer holiday. If I have had my visa card with me, I would have been home by the second day! Don't go!

This hotel was the worst I've stayed in. Service very poor, staff terrible, all inclusive was a joke, entertainment the worst I've heard. One only good point and I mean one, was location. Pool dirty, one bar opened all day for 500 people a nightmare. Sorry but won't be back.

A disgusting, dirty hotel with the worst food I have ever seen in my life. Bare wires hanging out of walls, broken furniture, ignorant and unhelpful reception staff. Would never stay there again.

Review title: "This Hotel Spoilt Our Holiday"
Travel date: September 2006
Me and my family stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It is the worst hotel ever and is no way a three star like it stated in our brochure.

The food was awful and all my children had a sickness and upset tummy bug. The food was always stone cold and looked uncooked, so we never ate in there. We always ate out, which cost us a lot more money. Benidorm is a lovely place but please avoid the Rosaire.

Review title: "Rosaire Hotel - Never Again"
Travel date: July 2006
As a family, we found the hotel to be generally grubby, in need of a good decorating and general maintenance is required throughout the building. The food was rubbish and the daily menu displayed was never the menu for the day meals.

The only entertainment was the same singer singing the same songs every night. Apart from the pool, there was nothing for the children. The staff we found to be friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was advertising entertainment but it was closed while we were there. Never again.

Review title: "Horrible Hotel"
Travel date: June 2006
This was an awful hotel. The food was not great, the breakfast milk was warm and they never had much juice. The staff at this hotel were not helpful at all and quite rude and laughed at us. Also the pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks.

I just cried most of this holiday and wanted to go home. Nothing for kids to do. No entertainment for them just a small swimming pool. I would not advise this hotel unless you want to go home depressed.

Review title: "Rosaire Hotel Is Rubbish"
Travel date: June 2005
I would never rate this hotel a three star. It is in need of redecorating and the food was disgusting, the worst I have ever had. It was chips with every meal and not once did I see any potatoes.

The only thing going for this hotel is the location, but I would never stay there again.
