The three star Solar de Sao Joao Apartments are situated in mature gardens, near to the “Strip” and about 600 metres from the beach, some 3 kilometres east of the centre of Albufeira, on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal.

The accommodation, at the Solar de Sao Joao, comprises 74 studios and one and two bed roomed apartments, each having a bathroom and a kitchenette, and being equipped with heating, satellite television, a direct dial telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the Apartments, include a coffee shop/breakfast room, a bar, a lounge with TV, 24 hour reception, laundry service, lifts, a swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, a pool bar and a children's pool. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants on the “Strip”.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering or bed and breakfast.
